- BLIK: Instant 6-digit code payments for Polish banking customers.
- Online Banking Transfers: Przelewy24 (P24) direct bank integration.
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported mobile and desktop browsers.
- Bank Wire (SEPA): Direct bank transfer for corporate or wholesale orders.
2. Security Standards & PCI-DSS Compliance
Your security is our paramount priority. All payment transactions are processed through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors over end-to-end 256-bit SSL/TLS encrypted connections.
PROSYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers or banking passwords on our local servers.
3. Currencies and Official VAT Invoicing
Transactions are billed in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euro (EUR). Prices displayed include all statutory Value Added Taxes (VAT).
Corporate clients requiring an official VAT invoice can provide their company name and VAT identification number during checkout. Invoices are issued by PROSYSTEMS Sp. z o.o. (NIP: 8992980364) and sent electronically in PDF format.
4. Transaction Timing and Order Confirmation
Payment is captured at the moment your order is authorized. Upon successful capture, an electronic receipt and confirmation email are automatically delivered to your registered email address.
If an authorization attempt fails, no funds are deducted, and you will be prompted to try an alternative payment method.
