Returns & Refund Policy

Under European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and applicable Polish consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive physical possession of the products.

You do not need to provide a reason to exercise this statutory right, though your feedback is always welcomed to improve our service.

Under Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

To qualify for a refund, returned supplement bottles must be in their original condition, unopened, with the outer safety seal and inner foil neck seal completely intact and undamaged.

1. Notify Support: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and request a Return Authorization.
2. Secure Packaging: Place the unopened product in suitable protective packaging.
3. Send Parcel: Mail the parcel to our registered facility:

Once our logistics team receives your return parcel and confirms that the factory seals are intact, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.

Refunds are executed using the same payment method that was employed for the initial transaction, without any administrative deduction or hidden fees.

If you receive a damaged product or an item that differs from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label and dispatch a replacement or issue an immediate 100% refund including all shipping costs.
